Apophenia is a visualization of the eye tracking process as a series of animations created from data generated from the EyeLink 1000 Plus. The foundation of the data is collected from participants viewing Elizabeth Odiorne’s patterned textiles. The primary collaborators of this project are Dr. Michael Eskenazi, a professor of cognitive psychology at Stetson University, Elizabeth Odiorne, a textile artist, screen printer and fabric designer from Arizona, and Madison Creech, a multimedia artist and Creative Arts professor at Stetson University.
